My Honest Laura Geller Makeup Review: What I Use Daily

I was never much of a full-face makeup person. For years, my routine was usually eyeliner, mascara, brow gel, and—when I wanted a little coverage—a tinted moisturizer.

Then I tried Laura Geller’s baked foundation in March 2026. I have normal skin that skews slightly sensitive, noticeable redness, and the usual aging concerns. I wanted something easy that would even out my skin without feeling heavy or settling into lines.

Several months later, I still use the foundation almost every day. My Laura Geller collection has also expanded to include face palettes, eye products, lipstick, lip oil, and tinted balm. Some have become daily favorites, while a couple did not replace the Benefit products I was already using.

Which Laura Geller Products I Own

Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation: My Daily Favorite

I use the Fair shade and apply it with the retractable Kabuki brush. The entire application takes about one minute, which is one reason it has stayed in my daily routine.

Before this, I mostly used tinted moisturizer. It was easy, but the coverage was not especially good. The Laura Geller foundation is genuinely just as easy for me to apply, but my face looks much more polished and my redness is better covered.

The result still looks like my skin rather than a heavy layer of makeup. I regularly receive compliments from colleagues I meet with over Teams about how great I look, which was not something I expected from such a quick routine.

How It Wears Through a Full Workday

The wear time is the part that surprised me most. When I get home at the end of a workday, the foundation appears to be covering just as well as it did when I applied it that morning. I have not noticed it fading or settling into my lines.

I do see some transfer if I blow my nose, which is worth knowing if redness around the nose is one of your concerns. However, I have not noticed the foundation transferring onto my clothing.

Geller’s Greatest Lift-n-Glow Face Palette

The Geller’s Greatest Lift-n-Glow palette includes blush, bronzer, and highlighter, and it has become my newest favorite. I use it daily along with the foundation and eyeliner.

Having the three face products together makes my routine fast and uncomplicated. It gives me the more put-together result I want without turning makeup application into a lengthy process.

My Experience With the Eye Products

The eyeliner

The eyeliner is my favorite item from the 3E collection and one of my favorite Laura Geller products overall. It applies smoothly, stays in place, and I use it every day. I am a frequent eye-rubber, so its staying power is especially impressive to me.

The mascara

The mascara stayed on almost too well. Even after using micellar water and washing my face, I struggled to remove all of it at night. Someone who prioritizes extremely long-lasting mascara may see that as a benefit, but the removal process was more than I wanted for daily use.

I have gone back to Benefit Roller Lash mascara, which is easier for me to remove while still giving me the result I want.

The brow pencil

The brow pencil was fine, but it did not replace my preferred Benefit brow gel. This was a matter of routine and preference rather than a major performance problem.

The Tucson Dreams Palette and Other Products

The Tucson Dreams palette helped turn my initial foundation experiment into a broader Laura Geller routine. I have used its bronzer along my neck when I want a more finished look for video calls.

I have also added the Fine Shine Glossy Lip Oil in Sweet Pink, the Jelly Balm in Figger Than Life, lipstick, lip gloss, and liquid blush serum to my collection. I own and use these products, but the foundation, Lift-n-Glow palette, and eyeliner are the three items that currently anchor my daily routine.

My Quick Everyday Laura Geller Routine

  1. Apply the Fair foundation with the retractable Kabuki brush—about one minute.
  2. Use the Lift-n-Glow trio for blush, bronzer, and highlighter.
  3. Apply Laura Geller eyeliner.
  4. Finish with my preferred Benefit brow gel and Roller Lash mascara.

This routine gives me noticeably better coverage than tinted moisturizer without requiring meaningfully more time.

What I Like—and What I Don’t

What I like: The foundation is quick to apply, covers my redness, lasts throughout my workday, and does not appear to settle into my lines. The eyeliner also has excellent staying power, and the Lift-n-Glow trio simplifies the rest of my face routine.

What I don’t: The foundation can transfer when I blow my nose. The mascara was so difficult for me to remove that I stopped using it daily. The brow pencil worked, but I still prefer the ease and effect of my Benefit brow gel.

Who Might Like Laura Geller Makeup?

Based on my experience, it may be a good fit if you want better coverage than a tinted moisturizer, prefer a fast routine, or are concerned about foundation emphasizing signs of aging. It has worked well on my normal, slightly sensitive skin and has covered my redness without feeling like a complicated full-face routine.

If easy mascara removal is important to you, I would be cautious about the mascara. If you want extremely sheer coverage with no visible transfer around the nose, the foundation may also require some adjustment or touch-up.

Is Laura Geller Worth It?

For me, yes. I purchased my first Laura Geller foundation when I wrote the original version of this article in March 2026, and I still use it daily. It gives me substantially better coverage than my old tinted moisturizer while taking about the same amount of effort.

I have since purchased a much wider selection from Laura Geller Beauty. The foundation, Lift-n-Glow face palette, and eyeliner are the products I would replace first because they are now the foundation of my everyday routine.
